Area Manager – Education Sector (Athens)

€24,000 per year | On-site | 50% travel (local & international)

Our client, a global education organisation, is seeking a proactive Area Manager to support and develop a network of learning centres across Greece and the Balkans. This on‑site Athens role combines coaching, operational support, and business development.

What you’ll do:

• Support franchisees through regular visits, coaching, and performance guidance
• Drive centre growth, quality, and operational standards
• Deliver training, presentations, and local initiatives
• Travel extensively across the region (approx. 50%)

• Experience in education, corporate, or franchise environments
• Strong business acumen and relationship‑building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Business‑level English
• Passion for learning, development, and helping businesses succeed
